Bah. I fear nothing in particular...
The only thing I truly have to fear - the only thing that could truly stop somebody like me - would be death itself. Nothing less. If I were to die right now... my glorious plans... my life's plot... my clan and my history... everything would go down the toilet. Otherwise, I have never been frightened as long as I remember.

i'm not afraid of the dark, but i do sleep with the light on. i am also scared of death, and i'm sorta scared of pain, well, its haird to explain, kinda like, from watching Casualty the patients are always in pain or whatever but not really screaming there heads off. i'm a bit sensitive, so i'm scared of getting in an accident where i get really hurt like break my leg and it really hurts, i'd be screaming my head off in hospital. and they might gag me. . LOL.

I'm sure they will. j/k. I'm not afraid of the dark anymore, but I used to. I could barely think of one happy thought in the dark.

the thing i don't like about the dark is that you cant see anything, buy if theres a little bit of light, like from windows at night, i can just make out the general shapes of stuff. if it's totally dark then i have to grope around for stuff

=3. dont be afraid DLX, everybody lives forever! I am not afraid, however I am very cautious at this point. We'll see what you think in 10 years... And by your coment, that depends on religion. If you believe you go to Heaven/Hell and such, then you do not live forever by mortal standards. You live a given period on Earth and then spend eternity in your final destination. If you are able to do whatever you want and have your own paradise in Heaven, there is still things you can not gain in such a place. To name the most important of all... POWER. And INDEPENDANCE. You have power in yourself, as does everyone else. You do not have anything that everyone else does not have or cannot gain. Everyone is equal and exactly the same, thanks to the omnipotent being ("God") - and if you did not have this being, then you would be BELOW the population rather than with them - no matter how you look at it, it does not equal out for you.

I don't really believe in ghosts. I think they're just figments of imagination. It's amazing how real-looking imagination can get though. The mind can do mysterious things.
I was scared a lot of times in the past. No matter how tough you may act, or how dark you think you are, things can hit you from unexpected directions. I was most scared when I saw the corpse of someone I knew. Not going to say how he/she was related to me, but this person commited suicide with a gunshot to the head. Ever since then, one of my greatest fears was losing someone I loved. There were a couple other people I knew who were going to commit suicide, but I stopped them in time.
But yeah. I was *really* scared and also really angry that someone could give up and end it just like that. So yeah. There's a story I've rarely told people.

Pff.
Responding to RR - ghosts are not something to believe in, they undeniably exist at this point. Saying you don't believe in ghosts is about as old fashioned as saying you believe the Earth is flat. If you seriously don't know about them, by all means, go on.

Surprisingly, it was today! It was in the morning before school. There was a praying mantis high up on a classroom window. My friends had a pencil and were throwing it at it. They kept missing and they told to try so I did, missed too. Then someone finally hit it, it started twitching, and me being afraid of most bugs, I started to back away. Some guy passed by and one of my friends told him to touch it. He grabbed it and threw it on the floor. I think it's legs were broken because it started to crawl on its hands. Throughout this whole time that this happening, I have my hand over my mouth just staring. The the mantis just started crawling closer, and closer and closer to me, that I just ran away. All my friends starting laughing because it was pretty funny. They said it was funniest thing they had ever saw. Yeah I know it was funny, but I had seriously never been so freaked out in my life. ;;
